Visiting the site

Your browser sends information such as your IP address, the requested page, and browser information to the services that deliver this site. Flactem uses Cloudflare for hosting and delivery. Cloudflare processes request information to deliver pages, maintain its services, and protect against abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of information.

Guide progress and search

Some guides save checklist and progress selections in your browser’s local storage so they remain available when you return. These guide features do not send your saved progress to a Flactem account or server. You can remove it with the guide’s reset controls where available, or by clearing site data in your browser. Clearing site data also removes your saved progress.

Guide search downloads a search index from this site and searches it in your browser. The guide search feature does not send the words you type to a search service.

Advertising

Where Google AdSense is enabled on the guides, Google and other advertising providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to display and measure ads, limit repetition, and detect fraud. Ad requests can share information such as your IP address, browser information, page URL, and advertising identifiers with those providers.

Third-party vendors, including Google, may use advertising cookies to show ads based on earlier visits to this site or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize ads across participating sites, subject to your choices and applicable settings.

Your advertising choices

Where a consent message is shown, you can consent, decline, or manage individual choices. The message’s partner list identifies the participating advertising providers and links to their information. Use the privacy and cookie settings link on the page where the message appears to revisit your choices.

You can also manage Google personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings, and find choices for participating third-party advertising companies at YourAdChoices. Turning off personalization does not necessarily stop ads or all advertising-related data processing.

Your browser also provides controls to block or delete cookies and other site data. These controls can affect saved guide progress and consent preferences. Non-personalized or limited ads may still involve data processing for delivery, measurement, or fraud prevention.
