Instructions: [1] Wash hands. Rinse chicken with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Place in reclosable plastic bag. [2] Mix together soy sauce, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and mustard. Pour over chicken in bag. Close bag and toss to coat well. Wash hands. [3] Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. Drain chicken; discard leftover marinade. Sprinkle chicken with pepper. [4] Spray nonstick fry pan with butter-flavored cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add chicken and cook about 6 minutes on each side or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the chicken registers 170 degrees F. [5] Serve with pasta and vegetable medley, if desired. |
