Bisquick Oven-Baked Chicken

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp margarine or butter.
2/3 cup Bisquick Original
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb cut up broiler-fryer chicken
Instructions:
Heat oven to 425 dgrs. Melt margarine in 13x9x2" baking dish.
Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Place skin sides down in dish (dish and margarine should be hot).
Bake 35 min; turn chicken. Bake about 15 min longer or until juice is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
Notes:
HIGH-ALTITUDE: Bake 40 min; turn chicken. Bake about 20 min longer.
