Bisquick Easy Chicken Pot Pie (hits: 2094 )

Makes 1 Nine-Inch pie (1-2 hungry, 3 not hungry) |

Ingredients: 1 2/3 cups frozen mixed veggies, thawed 1 Cup cut-up cooked chicken 1 can (19 3/4 oz) condenced cream of chicken soup 1 cup Bisquick Original 1/2 cup milk 1 egg |
Instructions: Heat oven to 400 dgrs. Mix veggies, chicken, and soup in ungreased 9" pie plate. Stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 30 min, or until golden brown |
Notes: HIGH ALTITUDE: Heat oven to 425 dgrs.
Use Cream of Chicken with Herbs for additional flavor.
Before baking, season with black pepper, Lowry's Seasoning Salt, and garlic powder for even more yumminess. |
