Ingredients: 1/2 onion, finely chopped 1 Tbsp vegetable broth 3-5 garlic cloves, minced 1/2 Tbsp ground cumin 1 tsp dried red chili flakes OR 1/2 fresh jalapeño, minced 1 can black beans, drained Salt |
Instructions: 1. Coat a pan with nonstick cooking spray and add onion. 2. Sauté a few minutes. Add broth. Cook until onion begins to soften, about 5 minutes. 3. Add garlic, cumin and chili flakes. Sauté a few more minutes. 4. Add beans and cook 5 minutes. 5. Season with salt. |
